SHIPPING POLICY

 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) 

We offer FREE express shipping on all Australian orders valued over AUD$150.00. 

For orders under AUD$150.00, we charge the applicable Australia Post fee (AUD). We also offer a pick-up service for Weipa (Qld) residents only.

All of our Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post service including orders being delivered to PO Boxes.

Orders received before 10:00am (Queensland time) will generally be dispatched within 1-2 days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

Orders shipped using Australia Post Express service are generally delivered within 3-4 business days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes using Australia Post are generally delivered within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number once your order is shipped.

N.B. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for enquiries.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Fishbrain Australia Returns and Exchange Policy

 

If you have purchased an item from Fishbrain Australia and it is not of acceptable quality, incorrect size or faulty you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you must return your purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Upon receipt and assessment of the returned item, Fishbrain Australia will notify you either by email or phone; if the return is approved, offer a store credit/refund or exchange whether purchased online or in store.

You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days.

If you have not received your refund, first check with your bank or online payment service. If you still have not received your refund contact Fishbrain Australia

The returned item/s must not have been used, worn, damaged and must be in its original packaging. Fishbrain Australia will not accept the return of underwear.

Gift cards are non-returnable. Gifts cards that are lost or stolen are non- replaceable.Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

If a refund is required due to a fault in the product, the cost of delivery for the return will be refunded to you. For a “change of mind” return or exchange, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

For an exchange, please enclose a self-addressed Australia Post satchel with your returned item so we can post the exchanged item to you. Fishbrain Australia will not cover the cost of delivery.
